Yes I know that’s an incredibly long time! I got them on and was only supposed to have them on like 2 1/2 years max, but I moved from Texas back to Kansas towards the end of my orthodontic treatment. And then because I wasn’t living with my family, had no insurance and no one in myu family that could afford orthodontic treatment I have really not had them worked on much more since. Every 6 months or so I might be able to talk a orthodontists into letting me pay to fix something. But the really sucky thing is, one I can’t get insurance, two no one will just finish my treatment they all want to start it over and at full price, and three they all want it paid befoire they will start. And its like $3000! Well I don’t mind having my braces, they are practically a part of who I am now. But my teeth are moving and I am seriously hurting and im probably going to have to take some off myself! So this month I am going to have to work extra hard so I can come up with the moiney to get an orthodontists! Ugh! Tags: braces, kansas, money, orthodontics, orthodontist, texas, treatment |
