Hectic Schedule!
By TeenDeja in Uncategorized on April 23 2009hey everyone, so whats new in the world of Deja? I have been so busy the past couple of days. I have been running from appt to appt looking at houses to move into. I just recently decided to try and move. I had my landlord come out the other day and look at stuff around the house that needs fixing – mostly just normal wear and tear type of stuff that has finally crapped out, the place I live in is 25 years old and nothing new has been done for 10 years. I still manage to try and keep it looking nice tho! 
Anyways, the past 3 years the A/C has been horrible, I have to run it 24 hours a day in the summer (may to august sometimes september) and it doesnt get below 85 degrees inside my house – plus the electric bill is $350 during the summer months! crazy huh! So you know what the landlord said…”it would cost me $4k to replace the A/C so well just try and clean it out!!!” He has said that the past 3 years and guess what it still hasnt worked, so I just decided hey ima move into a newer nicer place that i can stay cool in and not have an outragous bill! I have found several nice homes but im still looking and booking appts like crazy cause every day it gets hotter – today was 88 degrees! Only sucky thing is that will first months rent, deposit, pet deposit and moving, thats about $4k, and I really dont have it, so im going to be doing A LOT of cam and work in the next month! If any of you have any ideas on something I should try or do let me know! Keep your fingers crossed for me that I have some goodluck coming my way, I need a break!
